Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order
Sourcing Northwest is a wholesale-only supplier of botanicals.  We do not sell to the general public.  We have a registration process that is required to limit access to legitimate wholesale accounts.  You must supply a valid tax/business permit.
Minimum order is $150.00

  • Note on Pricing: Every item we stock comes in an Original Pack Size, (OPS).  For example: Bellani Balls come in boxes of 30 lbs and Amra Pods come in bags of 60 lbs.  When ordering in multiples of these “original packs”, we won’t have to open them up to weigh and rebag them; this is much more efficient and less expensive.  We pass these savings on to you when ordering in multiples of the Original Pack Size. For your convenience, we also offer botanical products with Break Pack pricing - in that case we will open the packages and weigh out the exact amount you need.

Back Orders
Botanicals that are backordered will be considered cancelled due to the length of time it can take to receive merchandise to fill back-orders. 

Price Changes
Due to unforeseen market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice.

Verbal Orders
Verbal orders can cause shipping errors.  In order to avoid these types of errors, we strongly urge you to place your orders in writing.  For your convenience we will provide you with an ordering form.  Your written order can be mailed, faxed or e-mailed.

Returns and Credit Policy
Returned merchandise may be subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling fee unless we were at fault in filling your order.

All cartons must be opened upon receipt.  All claims for returns must be made within Three (3) days of receipt of goods by calling Sourcing Northwest.  No returns will be accepted after 30-days.  To receive full credit, the returning merchandise must be received in its original packaging.  All merchandise returned must be in good saleable condition and in its original container.  Every container should be sealed properly.  Returns must be phoned in or e-mailed prior to return.  Finally, full credit is subject to our evaluation and approval of the condition of the returned merchandise.

Damaged and Shorted Shipments
We cannot be responsible for merchandise once it has left our hands.  All claims must be made to the delivering carrier.  Merchandise that may arrive to your facility damaged must be received and documented correctly.  Failure to sign a bill of lading “damaged” and/or “shorted” for goods that shipped via a LTL method will void your right to a claim.  UPS requires conformity to their claims policy.  Damaged merchandise must be kept in the original container with the product inside until a UPS representative has inspected the damages.  Retain the UPS inspector’s documentation, and forward a copy of it to your Sourcing Northwest representative. 

Freight
All Botanicals are sold FOB Everson, Washington.

Credit Terms/Payment Options
You may pay for your merchandise by using Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover® or American Express®, check or wire transfer. We do not ship C.O.D.

If you desire to establish a Credit Line with Sourcing Northwest, please complete our Credit Application and submit it to the Accounting department.  This process generally takes one - two weeks to complete.  All credit accounts are to be paid within 30-days. 

Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.

Finance Charges
A maximum finance charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be assessed to any past due balance.
